Our process guarantees that you are absolutely delighted with the results. You are able to review all images prior to paying for them and you pay only for the images that you are completely satisfied with.

Additionally, you will receive image files that will address all of your marketing needs; jury slides, large format printed output such as posters and booth graphics, ads, catalogs and websites.

All work is unconditionally guaranteed.

The process:

When setting up for your shoot, all of your items are unpacked (white gloves are worn while handling your pieces throughout the shoot) and checked against your inventory list. Any notes that you have enclosed as guidelines are reviewed and if we haven’t discussed your needs/preferences beforehand, you will be contacted via email/phone to discuss.

Once clear on your requirements, shooting commences and medium resolution images will be posted to a password-protected page on this site within 24-48 hours. From this page you can call or email your order to us. On occasion an image may not appear exactly as you intended. In those rare instances we are willing to reshoot until you are completely satisfied.

When the photography is complete and you have made your selection, you can also request slides made from any of the selected images. Once your order is complete then you can make payment via credit card (Visa/MC), check, or money order and all will be on it’s way back to you. The total duration from start of job to completion is usually about a week. If slides are requested please add 3 days.

Our deliverables to you:

For the above service you receive a package containing 2 identical sets of CD’s that contain the following:

• Very High Resolution TIFF Files (suitable for high quality print output)
• High Resolution JPEG Files (suitable for 35mm slides)
• Files formatted to Wholesalecrafts.com specification (www.wholesalecrafts.com)
• Zapp formatted files (for online show applications via www.zapplication.org)

You will also receive a contact sheet with thumbnail views of all images contained on the discs. Additionally, if you have ordered slides then they will also be included in the package.

Other Services:

Pricing for Photographic Services:

Our objective is to provide you with the best possible images of your work while working to any deadlines that you have communicated to us.
