the Arteco Gallery is located on the first floor of a recently restored brick building in Cumberland's Historic Downtown. Just steps from the Great Allegheny Passage, the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad, the C&O Canal, museums, shops, galleries, and restaurants.
The Arteco Gallery's Last Hurrah - Saturday, December 5th, 5 to 7 p.m. Before the Arteco Gallery closes its doors on December 20th, it will host its last exhibition entitled "Solstice" featuring the work of Bob Corrigan. Contributing to the show are artists Terry Bachman, Kenny Braitman, Suzanne Donazetti, Pat Hilton, Mary Kiraly, Dave Romero, Meg Romero and Lisa Sheirer. In addition to fine art, the gallery will also have for sale, at dramatically reduced prices, beautiful craft from around the world. The "Solstice" exhibition will open on Saturday, December 5 and continue through Saturday, December 19th. An opening reception, and celebration of 4 wonderful years in Cumberland, will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Arteco Gallery, 60 Pershing Street in Downtown Cumberland (across from the District Court & next to Merchant's Alley).
